Payment methods
SECURE AND CONVENIENT PAYMENTS
At PATTINI, you can pay by card through Autopay, use PayPal, or make a bank transfer in EUR or USD. Available payment methods and the final amount due are shown in your cart before you place your order.
ONLINE CARD PAYMENT – AUTOPAY
Online card payments are processed by Autopay S.A. You can pay with Visa or Mastercard.
You can also use Apple Pay or Google Pay if available for your device and order. The available options will be shown before you confirm the payment.
Your card details and the information used to authorize the payment are entered directly in the payment provider’s system. PATTINI receives confirmation of the transaction status.
PAYPAL
Payments are processed through PayPal. After selecting this option, you will be redirected to PayPal, where you can sign in to your account and choose one of the available payment options.
If PayPal converts the currency, the exchange rate will be shown before you confirm the transaction. Available payment options may vary depending on your country and PayPal account settings.
BANK TRANSFER
You can also pay for your order by bank transfer. Please send the payment in the same currency as your order to the appropriate account listed below.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do if my online payment fails?
Check the inbox for the email address you used when placing your order. If the payment provider sent you a link to retry the payment, use it. If the issue persists, contact us at pattini@pattini.pl and include your order number.
When does order processing begin, and how long do I have to pay?
For online payments, order processing begins once the payment provider confirms the payment. For bank transfers, it begins once the full amount has been credited to PATTINI’s account. Payment must be completed within 7 business days of placing the order. Unpaid orders will be canceled after this period.
